Over the years, Lady Shantarra has been blessed to educate and coach youth, educate and supervise adults in various managerial positions, create and design numerous types of events, and speak at various events and conferences. She has always had a passion for assisting others in becoming their best and ensuring that they look CLASSY doing it.

 

IN 2010, SHE STEPPED INTO THE PHILANTHROPY WORLD BY BECOMING THE FOUNDER OF WE R G.E.M.S (GIRLS EDUCATED MOTIVATED & SOPHISTICATED), INC. SINCE THEN, SHE HAS INITIATED SEVERAL EFFORTS WITHIN NUMEROUS COMMUNITIES THAT FOCUS ON EDUCATION, SELF ESTEEM, PERSONAL/PROFESSIONAL IMAGE, AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP.
